The first official flight from the original Sydney International Airport (anecdotally known as Mascot Airport) was in January 1920. In March of 1920 just a few blocks from the airport, Mascot Engineering was founded as an iron foundry. Since then, we have been supplying airports and ports along with their surrounding infrastructure with pits, covers, grating and trade waste products for various upgrades, extensions, and improvements.<\/p>\n

Airports and Ports require products that are specifically designed, engineered, and manufactured to suit an environment subject to extremely heavy traffic loads. Our experience spans over 100 years and Mascot are the experts in the manufacture and supply of in ground products designed to provide a compliant and trusted solution to major projects such as airports, ports and defence projects.<\/p>\n

Specialising in Multipart gas and air tight inspection covers with removable support beams\u2026 our in-house capabilities with EN124 loads C250, D400, E600 and F900 access covers mean we\u2019re one of the most experienced in the field.<\/p>\n

Mascot\u2019s range of Access Cover<\/a> and Grating<\/a> products are manufactured in and ISO9001 accredited facility and meet all relevant load ratings noted in EN124-2.<\/a><\/p>\n
