When the project required a higher load-rated solution, Mascot Engineering developed an F900 version to meet the project specifications and site requirements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Rated to 900kN, the new EN124 F900 grate and frame system is designed for demanding infrastructure environments where heavy vehicle movements, hardstand areas and operational durability are critical.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Designed, Tested and Manufactured by Mascot<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Mascot Engineering\u2019s capability allows us to respond to project requirements where standard products may not be suitable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">For this project, our team designed, tested, manufactured and supplied a F900 ductile iron grate and frame system specifically for the application. The result is a heavy-duty trench grating solution that combines load performance, practical installation and long-term serviceability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">The system includes secure bolt-down grates, machined bearing surfaces to help prevent rocking, and a robust frame designed for installation into heavy-duty concrete hardstands.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Built on More Than 100 Years of Experience<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Mascot Engineering began as an iron foundry in 1920 and remains one of the most experienced manufacturers and suppliers of iron trench grating in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">That experience continues to guide our product development today.
