Engineering has opened a dedicated facility to house the team in Smithfield, NSW.\u00a0 The new facility is adjacent to our GRC production and has been designed to increase efficiencies in the assembly of trench runs and large custom multipart access cover assemblies with fixed or removable beams.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLocal fabrication and assembly skills are becoming increasingly hard to find.\u00a0 Importing multiparts and trench runs may have cost advantages, however it\u2019s our reduced lead times that keep our clients coming back.\u00a0 This new facility reinforces our commitment to Australian manufacturing and is what our clients expect from Australia\u2019s most experienced manufacturer of access covers.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nick Taylor, General Manager<\/p>\n<p>Complete with a large commercial solar installation, cranes and all the equipment needed to run efficiently, the facility is running on 100% solar power.<\/p>\n<p>Products assembled locally include;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gastight access covers in <a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/access-covers\/solid-top\/\">solid top<\/a>, infill and <a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/access-covers\/surface-fill-covers\/\">paver infill<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/access-covers\/surface-fill-covers\/multipart-sfc\/\">Multipart assemblies<\/a> (fixed or removable beams)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/access-covers\/surface-fill-covers\/two-and-three-part-sfc\/\">Two parts, three parts<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/access-covers\/surface-fill-covers\/continuous-trench-run\/\">trench runs<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/access-covers\/decorative-raised-edge-infill-covers\/\">Decorative edge covers<\/a> in brass and stainless steel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mascot
