Sydney&#8217;s Future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Transgrid are currently implementing a critical infrastructure electrical supply project that will secure Sydney\u2019s energy needs for the next 20 years. \u00a0It\u2019s called <a href=\"https:\/\/transgrid.com.au\/psf\">Powering Sydney\u2019s Future<\/a> (PSF). \u00a0With significant sections of Sydney\u2019s current electrical supply network reaching the end of their serviceable life, this upgrade will see the continuation of Sydney\u2019s growth for at least the next 20 years.<\/p>\n<p>Civil contractor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.garde.com.au\/garde-secures-major-transgrid-project-powering-sydneys-future\/\">Garde Services<\/a> along with cable specialist Taihan began early works in March and we&#8217;re proud to announce that we have been engaged to deliver over 550 custom precast products to the project. \u00a0Our <a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/products\/coreworx-jointbays\/\">Coreworx Joint Bays<\/a> form the majority of our supply alongside numerous smaller pits and access covers.\u00a0 Mascot Engineering\u2019s Coreworx Joint Bays are synonymous with the <a href=\"http:\/\/mascotengineering.com\/sg\/industries\/energy-utilities\/\">Energy Utilities<\/a> sector and this project is utilising our patented segmented Joint Bays.\u00a0 Our track record in delivering on similar projects as well as working alongside the contractor throughout the engineering and design phases ensured we were successful.<\/p>\n<p>Work has now commenced on the 20km of 330kV underground cables between Potts Hill and Alexandria, and the first two Coreworx Joint Bays have been delivered and installed efficiently by Garde.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to working with Garde, Taihan and Transgrid on the continuation of this necessary upgrade to Sydney\u2019s electrical infrastructure.<\/p>\n<div
